Here are some advices:
1. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day.
2. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day
3. Count every calorie you put in your mouth, never eat more than 500 calories a day
4. Start smoking, it takes the desire to eat away
5. Chew food up to get the taste, then spit it out. don’t swallow your food.

thanks for the useful advice.trying to diet at the moment and the best and most effective diet advice comes from pro anorexia sites!im a grown women tho…i guess its a bit dodgy for a vulnerable teen.

how can you not eat if you have to eat infont of your parents?
because i have that problem, i was able to not eat for whole days until dinner when i had too eat…and after dinner i couldnt make myself sick because it just doesnt work.
my family know’s all the signs of anorexia…because a family member suffered from it, so crushing food down doesnt work so what else is there for me to do?

i have just found my little sister reading this crap that u’ve posted! Im in absolute SHOCK and DISBELIEF that idiots like u exist in the world. Anorexia is a serious mental issue, and it is not a choice.
